Learning problems can arise from many sources. For example, children who are upset by a parental separation can find it hard to concentrate and behave at school.

On the other hand, different types of processing style may affect the ability to focus, or to deal with the large volumes of text which are a feature of our school curriculums at every age level. This can result in a child showing disruptive behaviours or becoming shy and not wanting to go to school.

Where children do not arrive equipped with a detailed learning assessment, our in-house partners Strengthening Minds are able to design the best types of overall assessment to assist your child. When everyone is clear about what obstacles the child is experiencing we can assist the child, parents, and the educator to develop support strategies which reduce stress all around and help the child to achieve to their best.
