Telehealth treatments are available to rural and remote clients. Up to seven sessions are available via Skype or Facetime, with Medicare rebates. Referral is through your GP: Telehealth is suitable for many issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress related to life events or family violence and the support of bipolar disorder.

Normally a face-to-face session is booked at the Croydon office, at a time which suits the client. This enables the development of a good rapport with the psychologist and the administration of some measures to assess the persons needs. Follow that up to seven sessions are available via Skype or Facetime, and we also recommend that a further final session takes place face-to-face with your psychologist.

For more information on the program or to discuss if this is appropriate for you contact us or speak to your doctor. Further information regarding telehealth services is also available on the Medicare website.
